casTrol lma brake fluid is the standard brake fluid form all
english cars. it is formulated for use with natural rubber vs american fluid
which is for synthetic FLUID – the two are not INTERCHANGEABLE.

silicone brake fluid is ideal for cars that are used for “normal”
street use, and/or are used little, such as sitting being unused for a period
of time, will EXPERIENCE corroding in the master cylinder and/or WHEEL CYLINDERS.
water in glycol based brake fluids settles and pits the cylinder walls. silicone
fluid does not ABSORB water form the air and will not harm your paint as glycol
based fluids do. it is not recommended for any competITIon use.

is made for different conditions such as changing TEMPERATURE, water ABSORPTION
and lack of bleeding every month or so.

the best BRAKE fluid that only needs
bleeding about two times a year, use castrol srf brake
fluid. this is the fluid to use if you are EXPERIENCING brake FLUID boiling
problems. of COURSE you have to take care of installing ducts to the calipers
or rotors fo cooling. it might seem expensive, but it will less expensive in
the long run. on our gt1 mustang we only BLEED once a year and did not have any
fluid boiling issues in 4 years of scca national racing.

winner’s circle teflon lined braided stainless steel brake lines
are the way to go for a firmer brake pedal. the stainless braided covering
protects from abrasion. the stock lines will expand as you apply pedal PRESSURE
thus giving a spongy pedal. these kits include the three lines with all
necessary end fittings.
