This is the aftermarket slave cylinder meant for a 1275 engine. It has a rubber line that goes into it unlike the earlier cars which are a solid line all the way from the master to the slave. If you're going to change from the 7/8" to this, you will also need to change the line since they have different fittings. This one also has a popular modification where you notch one hole to make it much easier to install. You can the the upper bolt threaded in most of the way by hand and then slide the slave in. We also offer the 1275 slave without the notch. If you want to end the hassle of bleeding this so close to the frame, we also offer a clutch bleed kit.
