This billet filter head kit upgrades both the oil filter head and transfer pipe, for improved flow and reliability. The filter head is CNC machined from billet aluminum and offers an improved oil seal over the standard casting. This design also omits the troublesome pressure relief ball as found in the standard filter head. 
 
The filter head has a 1/4-inch NPT taper thread for the oil pipe union fitting, as per the standard setup. The kit is recommended for any performance build.
